You can fill in the pre-registration from until 26 August and thereby help us to estimate the number of persons joining to finalise the planning of the event and booking process in the best possible way.

The participation of FEBA Members to FEBA Annual Convention 2022 is
determined as follows:

• FEBA Full Members: The number of participants per country equals the number of delegates according to the voting rights of the General Assembly of June 2022;
• FEBA Associate Members: 1 representative per country.

FEBA covers the costs of travel and accommodation only for these participants.

PRE-REGISTRATION DOES NOT MEAN PARTICIPATION. Please do not organise your trip until FEBA confirms the event in presence and approves your participation.

• 14 October / only morning

Participants are expected to arrive on 12 October 2022 and leave on 14 October after lunch.

FEBA covers a maximum of 2 nights in standard room per participant with check-in 12 October and check-out 14 October. Additional nights will be at own expense. Participants with an accompanying person will be accommodated in a standard double room.

FEBA does not cover travel and accommodation for accompanying persons.
